Our handmade Toulouse pork sausages are made using our free-range, rare breed pork, garlic, white pepper, white wine and fresh herbs. Delicious with a Full English Breakfast, in a toad in the hole or a no-fuss sausage sandwich.
This sausage is for garlic-lovers, it has a rich, strong flavour with a distinctive aroma of garlic and white wine. The most famous use of a Toulouse sausage is the Cassoulet, however we also think they are delicious in pasta and salads or on the BBQ.
