Mid-Week Meals for 2 Selection Box

Homestead Beef

When cooking mid-week, you need meals that are quick and easy but still super tasty, which is exactly why we prepared this selection box! 

Minced Beef - 500g - our suggestion for the mince, is to roll it into meatballs and serve with spaghetti but you could also whip up a Chilli Con Carne or Bolognese in no time at all!

2x 8oz steaks - a quick flash in the pan is all it takes to enjoy a tasty steak. Serve with chips, a few veggies and a simple sauce such as blue cheese or peppercorn and you have a simple, yet delicious mid-week meal.

Frying Steak - 500g - we recommend using this for a quick beef stir-fry but you could also use it for a delicious steak and cheese baguette or a warm steak salad.

Beef Sausages - 6-pack - our recommendation would be to pop the sausages in the oven for 25 minutes and serve with mash, peas and gravy. A wholesome, yet speedy dinner.

Quarter Pounders - 4 pack - Our 100% beef burgers are delicious topped with a fresh salad and placed inside a warm, soft bun. An easy meal in only a few minutes.
